Shipping Policy

Every order from Solden is wrapped with care and a little magic. Here’s everything you need to know about how your items make their way to you:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships or is ready for pickup.

Shipping Options
I currently ship within the U.S. using USPS. Choose the option that fits your needs:

• USPS Priority Mail – $11

  Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express – $25

  Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Free Store Pickup
Local to Connecticut? Choose Store Pickup at checkout for free. Orders can be picked up at: 163 Main Street, Wethersfield, CT. Saturdays 12–4 pm or by appointment. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is with USPS, it’s out of my hands—but if anything goes missing or arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days at hello@soldentarot.com and I’ll do our best to make it right.
