Solden promotes mental health and mindfulness through self care practices using tarot to access your innate healing power.

My intention is to encourage everyone to embrace their light and shadow sides to heal from within through the highest levels of self-love and self-care.

The purpose of solden is to spread awareness of the use of tarot for mental health, mindfulness and self connection. We all have the innate knowledge of all that we need to heal from within.

Solden offers tarot workshops, education, personal tarot readings and group or private events.

I’m here to remind you of your personal power by encouraging you to find your inner voice, face your fears, and help you feel deeply connected to the world around you.

I’m a free-spirited creative. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, graphic design, hairstyling, reading, exploring nature, learning about spirituality, listening to music, making meaningful connections, and relaxing.

My mission is to create space for every soul to feel seen, heard, and loved. Throughout my life, I have struggled with depression and anxiety disorders. In 2016 I felt the call to come home to myself and began my wellness journey towards better mental and physical health.

I was introduced to self-care routines that included meditation, tarot, yoga, and astrology along my journey. The world of spirituality intrigued me and I have found solace in its findings and teachings.

Solden came to be when I felt called to break the stigma of mental health, open people’s eyes to the world of tarot, and encourage others to trust their intuition. We all have the ability to look inside of ourselves, listen, and heal from within.
